Rules & Stories, the TTRPG TTRPG!

So! I did this thing called Rules & Stories, the TTRPG TTRPG. It's a hack of Lasers & Feelings and maybe it's a game you can actually play. I hope it's at least fun to read and make you smile a bit.

There were no playtests and there are none planned, so if you actually play it I would very much like to hear about it.
